Delivery, Terms and Conditions

We will normally dispatch your goods by Royal Mail within 3 days of ordering. However, as we at this stage have a rather small stock,delivery time can vary between 3-14 days. Please contact us if you require an alternative delivery method.

Postage and packaging is included without further charge for deliveries in the UK.

Returns Policy

Refunds or exchange:

If when you receive your products, you decide for any reason that you don't want them, you can return them for a refund.

Please contact us within seven days after receiving the goods to let us know,if you want to return your product(s) for a refund. After approval,just send back the item(s) in their original condition.

Damaged Goods:

If the ScandiScot goods have been damaged by the postal service, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement. Please return the damaged products, and we will extract compensation from the post office and reimburse your postage.
